Cook smarter, lose weight. May 29, 2009 M. Jenkins 13 out of 14 found this review helpful
This is a really good cookbook if you are looking to lose weight. I thought the recipes were relatively easy to do and didn't take too much time. I would recommend this to anyone, but especially to those that are familiar with the Weight Watches methods. Also liked--Goodbye, Fatty! Hello, Skinny! How I Lost Weight And Still Ate The Foods I Loved-Without Dieting.

Put on weight since moving in with your boyfriend? August 16, 2009 ALY Chan (Scotland) 12 out of 15 found this review helpful
Since I moved in with my boyfriend 12 months ago the weight has been creeping on. I didn't notice at first as I seemed to be cooking the same food but just more of it. Taking a look now I realise I eat a lot more carbs and much bigger portions than I'm used to. I tried reverting back to my old diet (mostly light asian broths with seafood) but my poor boyfriend started losing weight too and my mum and his mum thought I was starving the poor thing. This book has been a fantastic answer to my problem. It has easy to cook recipes with ingredients you probably already have in your cupboard. These are balanced with a few more exotic recipes but nothing you wouldn't find in your own supermarket. I also like the book for the variety, some baking, some light suppers, some proper dinner recipes and the desserts are fantastic! The results are genuinely delicious and definitely don't taste like those tasteless low calorie ready meals you get. There have been no complaints from the other half - I think he's grateful for the new variety. Most of the recipes are for 4 people. This is fine as I cook the whole recipe serve one portion to myself, two portions to my BF (so he doesn't starve)and save the fourth portion for lunch at work the next day. PERFECT!! I love this book!

This book is fantastic - brilliant entrees some for under 5 points! The chicken tikka curry and the sweet potato and sausage salad are life savers. I didn't feel deprived at all and lost weight steadily.
Healthy eating May 31, 2010 Marie Craig (albox Spain) I love this book as i go to Weight Watcherts i find that the books on Amazon are a lot cheaper than at the class. The receipes are good and simple to follow a lot of them just use store cupboard ingredients so the receipes don't cost a lot.
