Such a shame, beautiful pair of shoes, excellent quality spoilt by the fact that sizing is definitely not UK sizing. Delivered home in 4 days, but as home overseas what should I do ?

I have bought Hush Puppies in the past and found them to be nice and comfortable shoes.
However, this time I had to return the item because the size was incorrect.
When buying hush puppies you need to choose one UK size below your normal size.
I size EU45.5 which corresponds to UK11. However in "Hush Puppies speak" it is UK10.
In "Hush Puppies speak" size UK11 is huge, more like UK12 if not UK12.5!
Hopefully Amazon will add this brand to the list of brands with non-standard sizes.
I returned my purchase the folowing day using the userfriendly return service on Amazon to print a bar-coded label for the package. And since my items were delivered free of charge the return postage was also free!
So overall this purchase/return was a trouble-free affair. Quality service from Amazon.co.uk!
