This is a men's quality 30mm (1 3/16") wide belt made in the UK by Belt Designs with full grain Italian vegetable tanned leather. It is not made with inferior bonded or split leather. It has a rectangular matt nickel buckle, a riveted Return which is strong and durable and five adjustment holes from the first to the last hole.
We give the actual size of the belt length from the Return up to the last hole (see diagram) - the Return is where the leather meets the buckle. The most accurate way to calculate the correct belt size is to measure your waist whilst wearing your trousers. If you do not have a tape measure the following guide is a useful way to approximate your belt size:
YOUR BELT SIZE WILL USUALLY NEED TO BE ABOUT 1 INCH MORE THAN YOUR WAIST SIZE
i.e. A belt size measuring 34-38" will fit around a waist up to a maximum of about 37" as you need to allow approx. 1 inch for your trouser material depending on the thickness of the material and how tight you wear your belt/clothing.

N.B. Many trousers do not sit on your waist but slightly lower therefore its important to take the measurement with your trousers on and where the belt is intended to be worn i.e. the measurement maybe nearer your hip measurement than your waist. If you are unsure of which size to buy we would always suggest ordering a slightly larger belt rather than one that might just fit as you can always add an extra hole but you cant extend the length of the belt.

Full-grain vegetable tanned leather is tanned with natural plant extracts and is considered among the best quality leather you can buy. It is long lasting and will develop a patina with age.
