Many shoes we wear push our feet out of its natural alignment. This not only creates pain in the foot, but can also affect the joints, ligaments and muscles in the legs and back and hips. Similarly many problems associated with the foot itself such as heel pain, calluses and bunions are actually the result of fallen arches / pronation and not the area showing to have the problem. If your pronation problem is with your foot walking inwards these insoles will help correct the problem - please note they are not suitable if you are walk on the outside of your feet / wearing out the outsides of your soles.
General insoles will create a cushioning effect, but will not help to restore the foot to its natural position and therefore may feel comfortable initially they will not solve the problems your feet may be experiencing. These Orthotic insoles are designed with both heel and arch supports in order to realign the joints within the foot, restoring its natural position and lifting back the arch.
Made from Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and covered in a soft blue fabric
They are available in sizes 4-6, 7-8 and 9-11 with markings on the reverse of the insole to help you cut to the correct size for your foot.
